Obviously, you are good Nigerian with a sufficient mindset. In truth, these vehicle averages N50m if they are exactly brand new as they have said but the contract cost of each one is about N120m or more. So the the margin of profit is nothing less than N70m. X30 will be N2.1B as profit.
But the governor may ask for one N1B, other assistants will collect N500m from him. He will be left with 600m profit.

Mind you, the governor's son or wife might be the contractor!
