If you want to spend for legitimate electoral reasons, make transfers to the beneficiaries.

Even though i hate this new law becos it makes life diff for me,i totally support it fpr election n corruption purpose.No more 1 k payments to voters n bullion vans for election purposes.every money should be transferred via bank so we can easily trace origin .We will suffer bt survive.

I BLAME BUHARI FOR ALL THIS WHY DIDNT HE BRING OUT THIS POLICY BEFORE THE 2019 GENERAL ELECTION IF HE WAS SERIOUS FIGHTING CORRUPTION, INSECURITY ETC HE CAN DECEIVE 99.99% OF NIGERIANS BUT NOT ME I WONT BUY INTO THAT CRAP.

HE WILL BE OUT OF OFFICE VERY SOON SO HE HIS NOT BOTHERED,HE HIS DOING IT TO RECEIVE PRAISE NOT BECAUSE OF ANY POLITICAL PARTY,NOT BECAUSE HE WANTS TO FIGHT CORRUPTION,NOT BECAUSE HE CARES FOR THE ORDINARY NIGERIANS OUT THERE.
