Nice one, any private institutions like banks, telecommunication, PHCN etc that provide services directly to the general public need to have their activities regulated by the government. The rate of exploitation these institutions is too much on the masses.

This should also be extended to informal sectors like market traders at wholesale and retail levels selling their products at exorbitant prices to the consumers, government needs to create a commodity board monitoring these excessive practices by traders in the market causing inflation in the country and devaluing the Naira.

I don't need to send any short code to Airtel network because they already committed heel fire sin against me and i will not forgive them. My judgment to my Airtel Sims is to burn it after i finish my subscription on it, so that it will erase the activity of stupid network from my memory.
