The disappointment of prigozin is with shogiu not putin.

In all of prigozhin address he did not mention putin and vice versa.

Prigozhin have been having issues with shoigu since last year probably due to the way he has been handling the war.

According to prigozhin, putin is been kept in the dark about the Ukraine situation and shoigu is giving him wrong information about the casualties of the war, he probably want shogiu to act tougher

He made and official address then flew to Belarus, talked to lucashenko and figured out a plan, he flew back to moscow then lucashenko called prigozin, he told him what putin said and prigozin agreed, turned his convoy around and left for Belarus. All this why prigozin did not still get a chance to speak to putin neither did he speak to shoigu.
