The 2023 Nigeria Presidential Election is just two months away. There are lots of speculation that this election might come down to ethnicity selection rather than the competence of each candidates. The reason be it that the three of the most popular candidates are from Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba. Peter Obi represents the Igbo people of Nigeria while Atiku Abubakar and Bola Ahmed Tinubu represents the Hausa's and Yorubas respectively.

This great division among political parties has never been witnessed before in Nigeria history. The faith of restructuring Nigeria is going to be placed on one of these candidates. However, the question is, who is capable and qualified to rule Nigeria ? Drop Your Comment and also watch this trending video to hear people's opinion

Well it is important to note that the future and greatness of this country at large, is not resident exclusively in a tribe or region....

This notion that a particular tribe or region owns the salvation of a nation as big as nigeria is fallacy....

We are not voting a tribe or region to rule a nation.. This is a democratic government and we are talking of who will become the next president, not the next traditional or regional leader...
Until we do away with this tribal mentality nigeria won't progress....no matter who we vote....

I don't see it that way as a contest between those 3 major tribes

A lot of northerners are rooting and supporting Tinubu against Atiku
