Omatseye Lauds Tinubu’s Agility To Undertake Several Activities Within 5 Days Despite Sick Rumours

Nigerian poet, novelist, playwright and journalist, Sam Omatseye has wondered how the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Ahmed Tinubu undertakes several activities with very congested time intervals despite the claims that he is sick and unfit to lead the country.

Sam Omatseye through his Twitter handle asked to know how Bola Ahmed Tinubu who is believed by the opposition parties to be sick, cope with his gruelling campaign stunts, whereas those who claim to be healthy cannot do close to what he has been doing.

According to Sam Omatseye, Tinubu returned from the United Kingdom on Saturday, and had a Town Hall Meeting in Ibadan on Sunday.

He also recalled that Tinubu visited Birnin Gwari on Monday, traveling 8 hours by road, to and fro Kaduna State.

Furthermore, he noted that Tinubu held a rally in Kaduna on Tuesday and was in Minna, Niger State for another rally on Wednesday. According to him, despite all these, the opposition parties still say he is sick and unhealthy.

He lauded Tinubu’s agility by asking to know if a 70-year old man like Tinubu can go through this gruelling routine within a space of five days, who would not want to be sick and be this active?
