Here is everything you need to know about the difference between conditional and unconditional offer as an international student. Unconditional Offer letters are issued to international students who have already met all the entrance requirements to take admission. It means you have been accepted as a student at the university and simply need to accept the unconditional offer letter to proceed with the admission procedures Conditional offer letter, on the other hand means that you are allowed provisional admission at the university with certain conditions attached to it. Once you meet these conditions, the offer letter becomes unconditional.
