01: Police Reform
Separate Investigation Department from the Police and return the Nigerian Police Force back to the traditional policing role. Investigation Department will have its independent central Agency so that Police too can be investigated, tried and prosecuted for misconduct.
The Police will also be retrained and reformed with a new orientation.
The above reform will ensure SocialJustice for all Nigerians

02: The Military.
The Military will be pulled back and detached from policing role

A) There will be the creation of a National Guard
1: National Guard Border patrol guard
2: National Guard Border Technical/Electronic Unit
3: National Guard Waterways
4: National Guard Mountains Terrain(with Electronic Unit)
5: National Guard Land/Internal Security

B: Creation Coastal Guard
1: Maritime section
2: Maritime Technical/Electronic Unit
