This isn't the full judgment but the apex court brief.with the mobilization ongoing, tinubu might get bloc votes in lagos.

Oba has filed a post conviction bail while his campaign is ongoing.

In crs, owan and Mary ekpere have dropped their cases.it seems ribadu didnt appeal
I was just showing you that Agabi is leading Kente's team at the SC.

Ribadu didn't appeal. He said in the interest of peace, he won't.

Well, if he does 60%, he has done more than well.

Oba is condemned to win election.

From my calculus, ikpeazu will lose due to the obi effect.

Oba is condemned to win election.

For OBA, he has to press many buttons as he is not in the driver's seat at the Appeal Court because he is a convict (His status has changed from defendant to convict). The bail will be at the discretion of the Court and under exceptional circumstances.

Three main reasons the Courts in Nigeria have granted post-conviction bails are:
If the case will be unduly delayed at the Appeal Court?

if the person has an ailment that the Correctional facility cannot carry in terms of treatment.

If the person can show that he was granted bail pending appeal but was of good character and didn't jump bail.

Even if he wins, the tribunal will throw him out unless the Appeal Court saves him before that.

From my calculus, ikpeazu will lose due to the obi effect.
That's why Abia PDP have been telling him to backtrack from G5 because the threats of LP is real especially as there is disenchantment wrt his performance in office.

Once Obi wins convincingly in February, Ikonne will suffer in March. Otti is a household name already.
