BAR MANAGER
• Job Type: Full Time

Education and/or Experience
* Bachelor's Degree or HND in any field of Hospitality
* Three - Five years of professional experience with at least two of those years at the Controller level or equivalent in club operation.
* Prepare Monthly budget and maintain an accurate record of all items
*Oversee the inventory and supply of all Bar Drinks
*Formulate and constantly update drinks menu according to customers feedback
*Ensure cleanliness of the bar, working stations, and the restrooms
*Use POS systems and other accounting tools to streamline sales and accounting procedures
*Everyday Stock taking and Reconciliation.
*Efficiently diffuse tense situations and resolve customer complaints
*Ensure accurate cash management and review any discrepancies
*Oversee event plans
*Supervise all Bar Staff
