Check your facts, presidential election comes before gubernatorial elections. Amaechi will not decamp to PDP now till after the elections . However he may direct his men in Rivers state to support Atiku if Tinubu decides to work with Wike. Two of his men governor of Plateau state and Festus Keyamo are strongly behind Tinubu. I see him staying aloof as he is now till his bosS PMB hands over though he was highly disappointed by northern governors during APC primaries.
He is not happy with APC for now

Going into the Anambra guber elections held this year, I remember how Sandra Ezekwesili, a renowned Lagos journalist, had a hard time explaining the meaning of the term 'ideology' to media officers of APGA, APC and the PDP in that state. It was tiring listening to supposed educated men present manifestos and political programmes as party ideologies.

Same happened in the build-up to the Ekiti gubers as well. They have no idea.

Wike wants to choke him out of APC. He’s a useless politician if he allows that to happen. I haven’t seen a man who prides himself more than his weight as Amaechi. He lost the presidential primary that he couldn’t have even won anyway and since then has refused to crawl out of his shell.

Wike will destroy him in Rivers if he tries it. Wike will claim he sent him out of PDP in 2014 and still sent him out of APC in 2022.
Tinubu will win and he will win re elections except God decides to call him to his side. And Tinubu will ensure there’s continuity. He won’t allow any other party take Nigeria.

Has Amaechi shown any support since Tinubu clinched APC ticket? He even went as far as saying the primaries was dollarised. Tinubu wont be comfortable working with him, hence it's better aligning with Wike who is sure of mobilizing for the 25% minimum in Rivers.

Truth be told sha, south East leaders have shocked me the most in all these gimmicks. They stripped the only candidate from their enclave to the bones. That's not how to play politics.
