I am mindful, at the end, everything is just a mind set, I've only been trading for about 6 months and I'm already profitable.

Still, no one should compare themselves with others, but it's important to know that it can be done and it doesn't have to take years.

First look away from that account for the next 3 days. Do as if the account no matter to you or to your life, one bit. Just randomly open your chart and stare blankly at those candles sticks especially daily TF, and act as if they don't really exist - like your happiness is not coming from their existence, at all. Like without the forex market, your whole being is yours and yours alone.

Then on the fourth day, when you open ur MT4/MT5, do not rush to want to place a trade, as if you have fallen behind, a lot. Instead, just search thru for ur kind of setup. And if you see one and the setup would be Buy, tell yourself out loud, 'this is a Buy setup!.' Then close it. And come back after 3 hours and see if it bought. It does bought, congratulate yourself and say, 'this sh!t is not hard, afterall!' Smile more broadly and mutter I CAN DO IT to yourself and then begin to really DO IT.

This is how I'll whine my psychology cheesy. GOOD LUCK

If your confidence level in taking prop firms or trading in general is not high,,,,, all these actions you wrote is just prolonging the inevitable.....

In forex trading,,
If you haven't started doing technical analysis on yourself as a trader you are playing..

the kind of confidence you will exude, you will not be waiting for days and be passing up trading opportunities in order to get your psychology right

I'll advice those that don't want to trade because of the CPI News to at least trade a demo account.

As for me, News is one of the fastest way to profit, so a little bit of practice is good.

Distribution has been taking place since the past two days. Marked by the rectangle.

The upper horizontal line is the H1 resistance.

Also a fake out to trap buyers.

The real move ought to be sell side.

Often times, I hear traders place so much emphasis on using a stop loss. I am of the opinion that position sizing is also an effective risk management tool.
Use 0.10 lot size for every $10,000 and your stop loss can be 100 pips away.
If for any reason the stop loss gets taken out, you will lose 1% of your account.
I really do not think that would be an unbearable loss. Or is it?
Now, you can become even more conservative and use only half the lot size per 10k usd.
All that's left is to have a win rate that is greater than 50% and you will be just fine

I don't advise anyone who is not strictly a news trader to trade during news hours. But every Mallam with him kettle.

SL reviewed to 1.0940.

1.0982 is the most optimal level for TP in this trade, as such, I have reviewed my TP.

There is a strong probability that a dip to 1.0845 may commence from around that level; that may be the CPI action today.

Good afternoon my gallant traders. Hope you all are milking the market?

As to regards to the psychology holding huge pips in the market here you have it as hot as fresh..♨️

I get a lot of people asking me, "Veen, how do you take a trade, and hold it for that long? How do you certainly know that the trade will go all the way up or down catching about 100 pips, 200 pips, 500 pips all the way to 4,000 pips so easily".

So, I will give you the reasons why I take those incredible trades.

Firstly, I mastered the art of swing trading, and time frame. What most people don't understand is that, you can't be swing trading, and be meddelling in the lower time frame like the 1hr, 30 mins, 15 mins to 1 min time frame. That's  scalping or day trading.

Then for a swing trader, you need to be versatile with the 4hr, daily, weekly, and monthly time frame.

Why I really like the higher time frame 4hrs been my favorite is that, it gives me that liberty to relax in the sense that, you can be active in the market and still not be active. Confused right? I want to see dollar hit 101.900 area.

Gu is not the best pair to trade at the moment. Too many incongruences. EU traders will have the most optimal conditions.
