BOLATINUBU01: Yorubas have more than 25% of Lagos population. Igbos also have more than 25% of Lagos population. However there are more yorubas in Lagos than Igbos. These are facts that even a blind man can testify to. Hence having the highest population, the yorubas want to deprive the igbos the right of contesting positions in Lagos. Can the yorubas do that to fulanis in Kwara? The Igbos love business more than politics. Hence they have been ignoring the arrogance of Yoruba people in Lagos politics. If the fulanis have the present population that igbos have in Lagos, they will be demanding for Lagos Governorship by now. If the yorubas fail to support them, they will declare war! |

9jahotblog: I meant Akeredolu.....go and check what Ibos did to their own. I have lived in Igbo land for more than 2 years. And i have lived with Igbos during Nysc. They are toxic people who do not give any respect to other tribes. If they can do that to Akeredolus wife, you should imagine what they will do to a Yoruba man. Obi will never win. 9 Likes 1 Share |

I know this from the onset. LP is Igbo agenda. The day I see Yoruba winning a state House of assembly in Anambra then I will take LP to be national assembly. These Igbo think everyone is a fool. 9 Likes |

May God 'Eledumare' never allow my tribe and region fall into the hand of outsiders.. Amen!! Yoruba race will never be enslaved by another smaller ethnic group in Yoruba soil.. All the stools and thrones in Yoruba land forbids it. Nigeria was founded on a tripod.. all ethnic groups have their own region and they should go there to seek electoral offices. I hope this encroachment won't lead to war soon. 9 Likes |

MikeofAfrica: You guys should quit playing to the gallery here, and stop all this inclusion, bigotry labelling that you are pretending to be giving people here, on this nairaland , you and your fellow tribesmen have labelled all Igbo that have ever contested under APC in the east as Fulani slaves, everyone of them that have contested are traitors and impure that wants Fulani politics into your region, For 8years you all were moaning here about how Buhari wasn't to give Fulani land in your region, you even went as far as nobody should sell land to Fulani for cows in you region, you go about proclaiming that they chase Fulani out of igboland, so You all destest Fulani party in the east but want Igbo candidates in the west, if you cannot practise equity then don't start what you can't finish, call the OP and others tribal bigots from now till tomorrow, it doesn't change anything, infact majority of your tribesmen here are worse bigots 7 Likes |

Nazgul: Yes back then a handful of igbos where in the Lagos state government But they the igbos were the ones who started playing the ethnic card. They have always want to do things for themselves and their people alone without involving others. Yorubas saw this and we changed on them. 8 Likes |

kingmaster2009: The problem in Yorubaland is deep rooted.. Our people have failed to train their kids to love and protect their culture and heritage.. Reason there are so many bastards and saboteurs now in Yorubaland. The Igbos you are seeing don't allow women near anything inheritance talk more land so they won't lose their lands to outsiders.. An Igbo woman can't go and marry Yoruba man for example and bring him back to the East to seek electoral office or to lay claim to anything.. dem never born that woman, na kill dem go kill both the woman and the man she marry. The moment their women marry a non-igbo, they no longer see them as igbos This fo0lishness among Yorubas that we are calling woke has to end. It just has to. 10 Likes 1 Share |

RealLagosBoy: They do not have the right. Since you people have destroyed your region, you should stay there and for the fact that you won't allow other tribes to hold political positions in your region, you can't here. They will all labour in vain as usual. The population of ibo scavengers in those areas are very small. Yorubas outnumbered them by far distance. You can't secure a win when those areas are fill up with over 90% of yorubas. I wonder what dis useless Mc oluomo and his boys are waiting for or do they have to get orders from above before they wide out those rats. I hate slow and nice minded yorubas with passion. 8 Likes 1 Share |

Re: 2023: Labour Party Candidates In Lagos by MikeofAfrica: 2:29pm On Jan 02, 2023 |
daygee12: The issue is that yorubas hate to migrate across other part of Nigeria. There are thousands of hausas/ Fulani living and doing business in SE. Many of them were born in the SE and can speak Igbo more than hausa. Some of them have live in SE for over 40 years. SE presently have security challenges but it is still far secured than the North. Travel to the SE and stop making assumptions from the place that you have live all your life. |

kingmaster2009: Some yoruba people are sleeping, you have to pour hot water on them before they wake up. That is what we should be doing, pour hot water on them so that they can wake up and get sense. If yoruba people don't deploy measures to f**k them up, they will use this opportunity to climb up the ladder and secure the governors seat in lagos. When will tell our yoruba people things here they think we are just messing around. You can't be sleeping while people are planning evil to destroy you in your own land. They know that if tinubu wins, it will be the end of the road for them. Tinubu will re-introduce regional governments and federalism which could put a stop to people voting or holding political position outside their region. We must back tinubu my all means even if we have to adopt organised violence to get him there. TYF 6 Likes 1 Share |

saintrow1: Oh! You want them to be killed just because they are seeking for political office? Nigerians have contested and won elections in other countries and you want a Nigerian to be killed because he's contesting for election in Nigeria. The level of hatred in your heart will surely consume you. |
