‼️ Israel's War Cabinet is meeting now to discuss a hostage release deal with Hamas, brokered by Qatar.

Israel demands at a minimum that all 53 captive children and their mothers be released, together.

Hamas counters that it doesn't know where all of them are currently located.

Israel's reported response is that it isn't going to "prepay" with a five-day ceasefire and the release of 53 Palestinian terrorists for something it may not receive.

Meanwhile, commentators are noting that Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, today known in Israel as "Little Hitler," had previously vowed not to negotiatve a hostage exchange if the IDF entered Shifa Hospital.

The IDF is today in full control of Shifa, and Sinwar is negotiating. This is a clear sign of the distress of the Hamas leadership.
