That idea was scrapped, but 500k+ dead men later - Ukraine will have to settle for much less generous conditions for itself than it could have in 2022.

Hamas publishes a letter written by an Israeli hostage, thanking the group's members for treating her daughter well and acting as if they were her friends. She stressed on thanking them for avoiding giving her daughter life-long trauma.

Ya know, the distinction between good and evil in this war could not possibly be any clearer. No matter how you want to slice it and what you want to look at, there are not two equal sides here. There is good and there is evil. You can look at the protests. One side sings songs of unity and peace. The other side yells chants of genocide and murder. You can look at the hostages/prisoners. One side longs for its children and wives to unite with their families. The other side demands the release of murderers and terrorists. You can look at how the released are treated. [b]One side does everything it can to ensure their hostages come home safely and are treated accordingly. The other side parades its prisoners around the streets while calling for violence. You can look at the value of human life. [/b] One side mourns its casualties and yearns for peace. The other side celebrates the death of its people and yearns for destruction. You can look at innocent deaths. One side goes to extraordinary lengths to minimize civilian deaths. The other side does everything in its power to maximize civilian deaths, which they then use as a PR tactic. You can look at how the war can end. One side can put down its weapons and achieve an instant end to the war. The other side can put down its weapons and be annihilated by the enemy. You can look at the respective charters. One side has a charter (the Torah) that puts peace and human life as the highest value. The other side has a charter that glorifies death and genocide. You can look at the importance of truth. One side tells the truth even when inconvenient. The other side has a propaganda machine that spreads lies and blood libels all day every day. The point is, if you see the two sides as good vs evil, congratulations, you are a moral person. If you don’t see the clear difference, if you compare the two sides, if you make an equal sign between innocent hostages and murderous prisoners, congratulations to you. You are morally bankrupt and an accomplice to murder, rape, abduction, and decapitation. Israel has always been and will always be the moral side of the Middle East conflict. The other side represents radical Islam and proudly declares that Israel is only its first stop. In order to navigate the challenges the world will face as a result of radical Islam spreading like a cancer, the first thing they need is a compass. If you compare Israel to Hamas, you have no moral compass and when radical Islam comes for you, you will not know where to go or who to turn to. If for no other reason, you should stand with Israel because Israel is fighting this war so you don’t have to. By Israel's count, there should be 161 hostages still in terrorist hands in Gaza. But a Hamas official in Lebanon this evening said the group and its allies are now holding only 90 Israeli captives in Gaza. Hamas says many hostages have died, they claim by Israeli bombs. It is also known that some hostages are in the hands of other groups and even average Gaza civilians. One of the captives freed from Gaza recalls that in recent days, Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar (Little Hitler) visited them while they were being held in a tunnel system. "I'm Yahya Sinwar," he said. Adriana, one of the captives, told Mako about the conditions in Hamas captivity. According to her, they were fed only rice and small pitas that had to be divided into pieces to ensure everyone got some. They were unsure if there would be any food the next day. She also said the captives were held above and below ground, and were not prived sufficient calories, changes of clothes, or a chance to bathe. Only on their last day in capitivity were they given fresh clothes, after fifty days without a chance to bathe and still wearing the clothes in which they were captured. 1 Like |

Do you now understand why Hamas refused the Red Cross to come and witness the war crimes they were committed by taking civilians hostages being in such bad conditions. This is sick. Hamas forced Danielle Aloni - who was held hostage with her 5-year-old daughter - to write a thank you letter saying how well Hamas treated her in captivity. Like it was a visit to grandma rather than a murderous death cult that held them for 50 days in the pit of hell. Amir T 1 Like

The other day I saw an interview with a lady who was telling how both of her children and husband was kidnapped in a brutal way and held hostage for 50 days inside the Gaza strip. I can't imagine her pain. Tonight she can breathe again as her precious children are coming home, but her husband is still held hostage in dungeons under the Gaza Strip. JJ 1 Like

The fact that Hamas releases abductees who were declared as being held by the Islamic Jihad only proves that they know very well about the locations of all the abductees, and any attempt to claim that they are not aware of the locations of some of the abductees is a way to squeeze time or hide details about the condition of the abductees. IDF special forces and ISA forces are currently accompanying 11 released hostages in Israeli territory. After they undergo an initial medical assessment of their health, our forces will accompany them until they are reunited with their families. The Israel Defense Forces salutes and embraces the released hostages upon their return home. The IDF, together with the entire Israeli security establishment, will continue operating until all the hostages are returned home. The IDF Spokesperson reiterates the importance of demonstrating patience and sensitivity during this time out of respect for the released hostages and their families.
