Hello Nairalanders!

I have a Spanish work visa and I intend to fly via KLM by transiting through the Amsterdam airport en route Sevilla.
Do I need a transit visa? The airline couldn't give me a reasonable response.

Please advise me if you've followed this route in the past.

Thanks for the response. However, please note that there is a difference between a Schengen visa and a Spanish national visa. Schengen visas are not issued for work purposes and each EU country still have "national visas" for foreign workers.

You still dont need a transit visa.You are good to go.just book any EU flights(KLM AIFRANCE,LUFTHANSA).You can as well book Turkish Airline,royal marroc,EgyptAirlines,Qatar .it depends on the fare.quote author=macanino post=120119210]
