That place is not functional, it's as good as having none &that's my LGA.
We still depend on Calabar & PH for fuel here in AKS.

I really fear for when these children resume school. I used to use about 12k weekly. At this price per litre, I will be buying 25k worth of fuel every week and 100k on fuel alone per month!
