Off course one of those he unjustly used his position to deal with must have swear for him......that he would use his own hands to destroy himself.

We need more of such, only that he should have aimed his gun on APC Politicians, not an innocent, civilian like the deceased.
May her soul find rest.

Shooting an unarmed woman in broad daylight is either drug use, mental issues or evil spirit possession.

To be honest, if you read what happened, you'll understand why the police is saying this.

From what we heard, it was a stop and search operation. The police man was said to have asked them to pull over. As they were waiting for the car in front of them to move so that they could park well, the unfortunate incident happened.

I mean, there was no justification whatsoever for him to have done that. The first thing that came to my mind when I read that story was accidental discharge of firearm.

The story went further to say that the suspect also threatened to shoot the sister of the deceased. Asin, does that look ordinary? I think he panicked or something like that.

Honestly, I feel for both families. The family of the deceased for losing a loved one and the family of the suspect for the shame and misery he brought to them. Thirty three years of service all gone down the drain in split seconds. He's definitely going to spend a long time in prison.

I know we're angry and disappointed. But after all the emotions, let's sit down to properly analysed what might have happened. Let's temper Justice with mercy.

Would I have said this if she was my loved one? I don't know.

RIP to her and I pray the family gets the fortitude to bear this grate lost and I pray justice is served.
I agree with you but I have also gone somewhere to lay an unredemable curse on a policeman for turning his eyes and averting an obvious justice... Maybe he is suffering sane fate

Mr Adejobi, you are a compound fool. Are spells admissible in a competent court of law? The killer cop should be tried for murder!! Once convicted, capital punishment should be meted to him as a deterrent to other killer cop out there!

I agree with you.
I entered Keke one day in Ibadan, and the Keke guy was giving police N50.00 from a particular safe in the Keke.
When I got to my destination I gave the Keke guy N500.00 for a trip of N250.00 he gave me N300.00 and requested for N50.00 back, stating that he did not have change.
I pointed to his safe that had many N50.00 that he was giving police from to give me change from it.
The guy outrightly told me that the N50.00 from the safe was for policemen. He said he won't say much, but that he cannot give money from that safe to someone that has not done him any evil.
I knew he was dead serious when he mentioned that I can go with the N300.00 he had given me if I did not have N50.00 to give him back.
Things are happening ooo.

I believe you.

It is well, we know these things exist

BUT

The law does not recognize efun, eedi, aransi, juju etc. Statements like this should not come out of the mouth of an enforcer of the law.

The same police has been arresting MANY NICE MEN for murder, fraud, kidnapping, etc. Nice people who have been nice to thier family or friends but just only committed small shikini murder.

Of a truth, this NICE men who were manipulated by juju to kill other innocent humans ought to be pitied. Infact the prisons should be emptied with immediate effect.

When a man's criminal actions can be defended as being under a spell by a police spokesman. When you think you have heard it all.

It is finished.

Shame no dey catch Nigerian police at all.

With statements like this expect them to bungle the case and the woman's family will never get justice.

Life is a mystery,I bet many pple will attack U for this.bt looking at it from different point of view,d police need to investigate what happened,he has committed a crime and then he has to face the law,no excuse, perhaps he may be given a less sentence based on witnesses testifying about his good works, possibly a life sentence.some things happen that we don't know why, when someone known to be nice and quiet suddenly does something like that,it cud be village pple ,the woman waited for 7yrs for anoda child , expecting twins and then died from a bullet,it may not be ordinary, the policeman must face the law.May we not be used by the devil to bring sorrow to people
