Hello guys,
1. I have been expecting and tracking a priority parcel sent from Poland to (Port Harcourt) Nigeria through Poczta Poska (Poland post) since on the 15/Dec/2022.
2. The last updated information from the tracker showed sent from Poland on the 20/12/2023 and up till this today 7th january 2023 i have not received any information of my parcel..
3. I even called the polish post customer care but they said i should contact Nipost since my parcel have arrived Lagos since the 20/12/2022 but none of the Nipost customer careline is going through.
4. how long does it take for a parcel to pass through custom clearance.
5. Is there a high chance that the parcel is at the nipost office in Port Harcourt (which is the final destination) and it wasn’t reflected on the tracking site?
5. What is the possible solution?
