This is the 3rd day at Girls secondary school, Rumuokwuta Rivers state where Ward 13, Rumuokwuta 8B are supposed to collect their PVCs. INEC officials have refused to show up here Since Saturday. People are gathered here eager to collect their PVCs. The INEC contact numbers are not connecting.... Please, mods, help move this to front page... |
