MINISTER OF YOUTH AND SPORTS DEVELOPMENT, MR SUNDAY DARE BILLED TO COMMISSION THE NEWLY BUILT NNEWI SPORTS CLUB.

~ AN EXQUISITE SPORTS CLUB BUILT BY SENATOR IFEANYI UBAH IS SET FOR COMMISSIONING TOMORROW.

The Honourable Minister Of Youths and sports development, Mr Sunday Dare will commission the newly built state-of-the-art sports club in Nnewi tomorrow, 13/01/2023.

The Sports Club was built by the Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District and the frontline candidate of the Young Progressives Party (YPP) in the forthcoming senatorial election in February, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Ubah.

Nnewi Sports Club, with its exquisite finishing, currently tops the chart in the Southeast. It is equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and contains several facilities that include a club hall, restaurant, executive bar, presidential office, captain's office, several game rooms that include table tennis, badminton hall, two (snooker) billard rooms; one upstairs and another downstairs, an exquisite pavilion for spectators, lawn tennis court, sauna room, well equipped Gym hall, etc.

According to Robin Sharma, "If you don’t make time for exercise, you’ll probably have to make time for illness.”

Senator Dr Ifeanyi Ubah has since his ascent in office as the Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District, left no one in doubt as to his priority on improving the health sector in the zone.

Little wonder he has to his credit today (less than four years after), several hospitals and health centres built and equipped to cater to the health needs of our people.

"My idea behind this sports club is to provide an enabling environment for the working class, young, middle-aged, and upwardly mobile to engage in physical activities that are beneficial to their health. Staying active can be critical to your health. Besides keeping you physically strong, joining sports clubs and working toward a common goal can benefit your overall wellness. You'll also experience injury prevention training and healthy lifestyle education", Senator Ubah says.

Senator Dr. Ubah is also building a lawn tennis court for Okija Big Brothers in Okija, Ihiala L.G.A.
