The 2023 Women in Food and Agriculture (WFA) Mentorship Program is open to both males and females. In 2022, they welcomed more than 340 individuals from all over the world to help women who wanted to advance their careers in the food and agriculture industry. They are expanding our program's reach this year! between farmers and CEOs. But everyone is welcome to participate in shaping the future of women, including scientists and agricultural technology. Individuals can join them in one of two ways: by locating a mentor who can assist with both their expert and individual growth. Or taking on a mentoring role to assist the upcoming leaders in our sector.
