Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with customer service software and tools
Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices
Familiarity with CRM systems and data management
Experience in account management or customer retention
Proximity to Ikeja
Smart and ready to learn
Ready to resume immediately
Candidates who reside close to Ikeja are preferable.
Interviews will be conducted Thursday and Friday.
