Despite how Buhari is hated in the SE, there was no state where he got less than 5,000 votes, let alone less than 500 votes.

Tinubu's votes in Imo will certainly run into tens of thousands. Tinubu is a Southerner, and is most likely to outperform Buhari in the SE, in terms of votes in his favour.
