Obi will be disqualified if this is taken to court by any interested party.
This is what laboring in vain looks like.
He is clearly in violation of Section 77 of the Electoral Act, 2022.
A victim of desperation and party hopping.

Oga, be calming down. The name of who is submitted to INEC for an verification is subject to political parties. This is where they become powerful

For instance, APC can still write to INEC for the replacement of the VP presidential candidate before this final current list comes out. Who represent the political parties during election is a sole duty of the political parties. INEC will accept any name the political parties submitted for the given positions

So, Obla should be angry with LP and not Obi
So, you think Obi can be sued to court and lose, and APC and PDP nor border? U must be joking

This then makes Peter Obi an exceptionally sought after presidential material even being a candidate way before ratification of membership
When d Obitsunami started they said he was structureless but all of a sudden every other political party is suddenly seeing Obi as d real threat and that everything must be thrown into d ring to pull him down. This case is dead on arrival cos Obi's name was transmitted to INEC by Labour Party and d lack of locus by any applicant will ease it's throwing out.
One question is this! Why is the establishment and d structured elites scared of a man without structure. No wonder once u say or write vote wisely it already means vote for Peter Obi

Exceptionally sort after, after paying 40 million bribe to labour party officials grin

Peter Obi is a professional political prostitute. He jumps from bed to bed after whistle is blown. He will get himself burnt very soon. Tinubu has all the bombs he can use on Obi. He is keeping their timing gadget in case Obi proves stubborn at the poll. Its better if he loses after wasting his money, than for Tinubu to waste money in court to stop him from election.

There's no need to worry about this,Peter Obi can not and will now win the presidential election. Yes Obi has violated the electoral act but nobody is talking about it because they want Obi to continue splitting Atiku's votes. Please leave Obi alone, let him contest election.
