they won’t use it. They just want to disfranchise people in area where they re not popular.

My question is why are the INEC officials busy copying PVC information instead of issuing out the PVCs to crowds gathered and waiting for hours

i complained about this on Twitter and people said they cannot use it for anything. Another thing i noticed in my area just this week is that party agents are asking people for their PVC and writing the information down.
