The Deputy Director of the Sir Siminialayi Fubara and Prof. Mrs. Ngozi Odu 2023 governorship campaign council in Rivers State, Comr. Nyanabo Soye Maxwell, and other students Leaders, vowed to deploy their strength to ensure Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) wins the governorship election in the 2023 general election come March.

Soye Nyanabo and the team of supporters made the vow at the inaugural meeting of the Governorship campaign council, Students Wing held in Port Harcourt yesterday.

Comr. Soye said he didn’t accept to be the deputy director of the students wing of the campaign in the state because of his membership of PDP rather because Sir Siminialayi Fubara has the solution to the students biggest need.
He said, I accepted because I knew that Sim has the solution to greatest need of Rivers State Students, which is the Welfare of the students.

According to him, Rivers State needs someone like Siminialayi who will consolidate on the New Rivers Vision.

Also, some students leaders while speaking at the inaugural meeting, stated that Sim remains the surest path for all Students in Rivers State.

According to the leaders, let no one deceive us, Rivers State is 100 percent PDP. We must prove that we are a party on ground and at grassroots in Rivers State.

The meeting was graced by former students leadership of different cadre like, Elder Heoma Amanwo, Comr. Bariereka David, former NANS zone B deputy Coordinator, Comr. Patrick Ogbuehi, former NURSS National President, Comr. Levi Zachariah George, Former NURSS National President, Comr. Elvis Osima Gogo, Former NURSS Vice President and Serving Councilor. Special Assistants to LGA chairmen and a host of so many Leaders.
