But Franky speaking, although cashing out may be part of the woman's intent, But it's also a possibility that, the moving away to maiduguri by the governor back then (according to the woman) might have contributed to how she has not been able to reach out to him until now.

She mentioned where she and the governor met. The simple question you should asked is that was the governor in the said location in the said year the woman mentioned. Calling the governor full name is not necessary, a lot of people do go with pseudo names. I have slept with a lot of girls that doesn't know my real name, the time I was flexing.
