Op should change that heading from kaduna women to LP women in kaduna. How can that scanty population be kaduna women? Even Igbo women in the state will be more than that. If you remove visitors and obi/Datti wives' entourages and workers out of that populations, how many are the real women from kaduna in that hall? Does that look like population that will deliver 25% in kaduna? LP is just labouring in vain really!
