Da-manager.com is a scam website. They charge you more than you order on your card and even request for more money whenever you need their help to look into their server issues. They always have downtime and don’t use normal cpanel. They use a mediocre page like a forum.



They are crooks that close account when you tell them they are unprofessional and they will block you from transferring your domain name and hosting.



This is my worst hosting experience ever. Don’t ever trust a Nigerian person to host your website ever.

We reviewed the screenshot you shared here, and while it does provide some insight into the situation, it does not show a clear picture. You left out the parts where you insulted our technical support staff.  

You came on live chat to share issues you had, and we assisted you on how you will resolve them yourself. But you insisted that we should handle it for you, which made the technical support staff make it clear to you that this particular task is not a free service. It falls under our paid support services. 

Do take note of the following;

1. Your issues were not server related but based on the script you used for the website.
2. You did not disclose what kind of script you used, so our team could assist you further.
3. Your behaviour towards our technical support staff led to the termination of your account with 14 days' notice.
