Chelsea have reached an agreement with PSV Eindhoven for the transfer of British-born Nigerian attacker, Noni Madueke.

The 20-year-old is already on his way to London via Turkish Airlines to undergo his medical tests as new Chelsea player, reports transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano.

Romano said that Madueke will sign his contract on Friday after PSV accepted all the conditions of the deal.

He said Madueke will join the Stamford Bridge outfit on a long-term permanent deal worth €35m.

Madueke will follow Cody Gakpo to the exit door after the 23-year-old attacker joined Liverpool.

The England U21 international has played five times for PSV in the Eredivisie this season, scoring one goal.

He arrived at the club from Tottenham in 2018 and has gone on to play in a total of 79 matches, scoring 20 goals and providing 14 assists.

He represented Spurs at only youth level, joining from Crystal Palace, where he played from 2011 to 2014.
