Job Title: Admin/Executive Assistant

Job Location: Candidates residing around Magodo phase I & II, Ojodu- Berger, Ketu-Ikosi, Alausa- Ikeja, Ogudu- Ojota, and its environs are preferred.

Required: Exceptional Excel sheets usage

Experience: 2 - 4 years of working experience as an Administrative Staff, Executive Assistant, and Accountant

Degree: Minimum academic qualification of B.Sc/HND in Accountancy, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Finance, and other related disciplines

Job Type: onsite

Budget for the role: 150,000 nets monthly.

Responsibilities
* Coordinating the schedules, itinerary and arranging meetings for the MD
* Distributing memos and reports and ensuring everyone is kept current with necessary company news and information
* Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
* Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
* Reading and analyzing incoming memos, and submissions and implementing them as required
* Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
* Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments

Other Requirements:
* Excellent leadership and organizational qualities
* Strong mathematical literacy and data analytics
* Age between 30 - 35yrs.
