sometimes I wonder if the black man was engineered in a lab to be this wicked.

And someone is saying we pay cheap for things here. Comparing us with the western world. They should first compare the economy.

This is why I hate public hospitals. Private might be expensive but they are more serious with their patients. Even the smallest private clinic has a power generating set. The pharmacist would have been saved if he was admitted to a private clinic that works tenaciously in order not to lose a patient unlike their colleagues in public hospitals who are careless with human lives especially when they are being owed backlog of salaries.
Case study is FMC in Owerri. I've lost 5 of my neighbors then who were admitted to FMC for treatment but could not make it alive due to negligence and lackadaisical attitude of health workers at FMC.

Same Peter Obi that claimed Siemens was not working and that the FG had not signed anything with Siemens only for him to go to Chatham house and admit that he would utilize the FG/Siemens power project to achieve a power generation of 7000MW without knowing that Nigeria is already generating 22,000 MW and now working on transmition.

Obi is a fraud in HD. Besides Asiwaju has already moved beyond 22000MW. We are now talking gigawatts and Precisely 9 gigawatts which we would be able to even sell across border.

Anything built on lies and mischief would not endure.

Obi and obidients are bunch of mischievous people and liars.

Remember that, a hospital is a business too. No one would like to run a business at a loss. The owner of the hospital has bills to pay. E.g Workers Salaries and others. Most hospitals do turn on their generators in the evening or at night. If the victim's people could afford the bills(the fueling too), this wouldn't have happened.

All the government hospitals were on strike for 13months when obi was the governor of anambra state .

He said bcoz government hospitals were on strike, he gave money to Rev Fathers to equip Catholic Hospitals to provide health care for Anambra people.

Obidients see your president.

He equipped Catholic Hospitals with state funds. I don't know the kind of budget system they run in Anambra State that allows government money to be moved to develop private hospitals. Don't come and do that in Federal o, it would not work.

13 unit for prepaid meter is now 1k as against 16+ unit that was sold before. In fact, the light that they increased the fee is now horrible here.
We only get to see light in the night. I pity those on estimated bill.

Well said and I understand your point clearly and I thank appreciate your statement saying that he (Tinubu )as been producing working governors ...
From your last line you said he didn't do much coz OBJ never allowed to rest but he still went ahead to get things in order and I believe those working governors a using the legacy he had laid down and it's working for them...
(I actually understand much about Lagos history before Tinubu became the governor)
Only a sadist will say tinubu is not smart or intelligent. He is a goal getter and he always gets the job done but he is the right candidate at the wrong time . Two things are against him and which is age and I'll health,if he was like 10 years younger and has good health then he would be difficult to beat but we all can see that with his age advancement his mental productivity has declined profoundly. We can say that we are not God and that we should try him but can Nigeria afford a trial by error president at this time ? I personally don't think so. Maybe he should have supported a much younger or vibrant alternative. But it is what it is and we have no choice but to go to the polls .

Pharmacist Placed On Oxygen Support In Hospital Dies Due To Prolonged Power Outage

A Nigerian pharmacist on Twitter has shared the sad story of how his colleague who was on life support passed on after the hospital suffered a power outage for more than 24 hours, IGBERETV reports.

The pharmacist with the handle @subpharmacist said the deceased was involved in an accident and had a blood clot in his braid. He said the deceased was placed on oxygen but died due to the prolonged loss of electricity supply.

He wrote on Twitter;
https://twitter.com/subpharmacist/status/1616503928304111625?t=xjA9iUNJqXbScM2exW44Wg&s=19

May be he meant ' He was on a ventilator' RIP to the diseased.

Pure nonsense and lies. The man could have died from the thrombus in the brain. Most ICUs run uninterrupted power supply. If he could stay for 24hrs without oxygen, then he was not oxygen dependent.

Lolz, you are right ... though I'm not rooting for anyone,my own side of view is actually different. I want a divided Nigeria and if if happens , people like Tinubu and the likes will only be regarded as statemen and that's all

Go to any public hospital in Lagos. Apart from public power, they have capacity to use generators for more than 24 hours.
The big hospitals like those in Ikeja use the state power plant.

It’s a pity a government owned hospital doesn’t have a backup generator Incase of emergency, if you can’t afford a good specialist hospital in Nigeria (cedarcrest, Kelina and the rest ) or funds to travel abroad for medical then you will know how fvcked our government hospitals are . May Nigeria not happen to us but we can change this prayer point By voting in Obidatti . May his soul rest in peace

Doctors were on strike for 13 months under the cursed fool Peter Obi. Do you know how many Anambra people died?

You fools promoting Peter Obi are ignorant of how useless Anambra was under him.

When we say "may Nigeria not happen to us", what we really mean is may the laziness of the black man not happen to is.

It's laziness on the part of the hospital or negligence for not planning adequately in power outage situations as it concerns emergencies....

I guess you live in Jupiter not to have noticed the fuel scarcity. It is a chain reaction.
/
Not undermining the hardship brought about by the fuel scarcity, but you must live in Pluto not to have noticed that you can drive in and buy fuel for 280-300, especially when lives depend on it! Fuel is scarce but I don't think a doctor will watch his patient die slowly because fuel is scarce! In an emergency situation like this, a sane doctor will write a referral letter to a better equipped hospital. If the doctor fails to, the patient's relatives will ask for it! I will understand though, if they say there's no other hospital around the area that has fuel in their gen or oxygen in their cylinder undecided
