Says anti-graft agency detained Director for refusing to divulge names of informants

TANTITA Security Service Nigeria Limited, TSSNL, a pipeline surveillance company operated by ex-militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, has alleged that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, detained its Executive Director of Operations and Technical, Captain Warredi Enisuoh, for purportedly refusing to disclose his sources of intelligence in the company’s ongoing operation to expose an oil cartel.

However, spokesman for the EFCC, Wilson Uwujaren, told Sunday Vanguard, yesterday, that he was unaware of the arrest.

The company, in a statement, raising the alarm that the anti-graft agency was meddling in its operation to burst what it calls the biggest oil cartel in the country, said the anti-graft agency wanted Enisuoh to compromise the details of the investigation, which he reportedly refused.

The statement read in part: On 19 January 2023, the EFCC invited and detained Tantita’s Executive Director of Operations and Technical, Capt. Warredi Enisuoh . He has been in EFCC custody since. All efforts to ensure his release have proved abortive, as the Commission insisted that unless he provides a list of names which were his intelligence sources, it would not release him.

“The EFCC’s invitation came right in the middle of an ongoing operation to unravel one of the biggest oil stealing cartels in the country. Capt Enisuoh flew straight from Port Harcourt (where he was coordinating the operations) to Lagos to heed the EFCC’s invitation and walked right into a trap.

Because Capt Enisuoh refused to divulge the name of intelligence assets, the EFCC refused to release him or grant him bail (even though he was already on bail before a court of law, as well as on administratively before the EFCC since the 6th of September 2022). They have continued to hold him claiming he is being uncooperative.

“While Tantita is determined to carry on the fight against the oil thieves regardless, it is our position that the EFCC investigation, if genuine, can carry out its work with minimal interference to the war on oil thieves. If not, powerful forces have clearly used it to scuttle the war on oil thieves. Let Nigerians be aware of what they have done in their name.”

Obviously, EFCC is very dirty. You think dismantling corruption in Nigeria is going to be easy? No way!
They need the information so they can shut the people up permanently. This is where the president comes in if he really means to expose the thieves. These politicians know they will lose a lot if power returns to Nigerians. They know it.

Even government institutions that were established to enthrone checks and balances are run by corrupt people who make them appear as they are ineffective. Nigeria needs a Peter Obi to correct this madness!

Don't forget that the president is also the Minister of Petroleum!
Under his watch as the socalled Minister of Petroleum, the organized crime against humanity called "The Petroleum subsidy" has skyrocketed so much that the NNPC remits absolutely NOTHING to the federation accounts as we speak! They're looting everything in sight! It's unbelievable!

What they share these days at Abuja as monthly allocations is the accruals from import duties and the VATs. All the major atrocities that happened in the petroleum ministry, happened under Buharis watch as the supervising minister, as the commander in chief with the power to use all the coercive instruments of the state to stop the heist and as the president! But he did nothing!

Buhari is part of the problem and not part of the solution.
