About This Opportunity
The University of Queensland is significantly investing in establishing a best-practice digital presence. This project aims to enhance the University's position, relationships, and reputation with our various stakeholder groups, and ultimately make it easier for our students, partners, and community to engage with us.

The Web Roadmap Program is being delivered by Information Technology Services and the Office of Marketing and Communication. It will provide a host of benefits by consolidating multiple websites to provide a consistent, effective, and engaging user experience for all of our customers.

The User Experience and Information Architecture Designer is the key person responsible for supporting the uplift of user experience in digital touchpoints and determining how information across a website or application is displayed and accessed. This role will report to the Information Architecture Specialist and support UX and content design across all stakeholder groups.

If you are a UX Designer with an interest in Information Architecture or an Information Architect looking to upskill in UX, this role is for you!
