If the same character called Tinubu were to be from Kano, Delta, Kaduna, Rivers, or Anambra over 90% of Yorubas currently supporting him would be condemning him for being too old, too sick, too criminally minded and totally unacceptable to be Nigeria's president. But today, they are clamouring for him because he bears a Yoruba name and comes from Osun state.

The second group supporting Tinubu are cronies, hirelings, and political jobbers hoping to profit personally should he become Nigeria's president.

These two groups don't care if Tinubu can improve the situation in Nigeria, no that's not their major concern.

Unfortunately, these two groups have succeeded in brainwashing some gullible Nigerians to believe that Tinubu has anything to offer. They use redundant lines like Tinubu built Lagos. Tinubu groomed men and bla bla bla.

However, facts on ground show that Tinubu is actually one of the worst governors in the history of Lagos. He didn't build a single bridge or flyover despite the terrible gridlocks in Lagos. The city used to be filthy during his time. These same crooks will credit to Tinubu private sector investments like Dangote refinery, Lekki port, and other developments that emerge due to Lagos being Nigeria's financial and economic capital.

The few economic changes in Lagos like the Ikoyi link bridge, changing the face of Oshodi etc weren't done by Tinubu.

Also, those saying that Tinubu groomed men is another dishonest manipulation. On the contrary, Tinubu used impunity and nepotism to foist those men in government so he would continue to be the godfather controlling Lagos & others.

Nigerians should be wise. Tinubu and his party APC should be appologizing to Nigerians and seeking their forgiveness for causing so much pains on Nigerians and not to be seeking to be elected.

Having been in the streets back in Chicago and knowing how hoodlums can be used to control things, the man legalized agberos and made them his footsoldiers at the expense of Lagosians who can't live freely anymore.

Tinubu came back first tiime before 93 elections and was following MKO Abiola around the way Dino is following Atiku today. When Abiola was jailed he ran away out of fear while people like Fawehimi, falana, Femi Adekunle, Dare babarinsa etc went to jails or were totured almost to death or maimed by Al mustapha goons while tinubu sought asylum in America. He came back after Abacha’s death and joined politics bandwagon again. Most prominent people agreed then that power should go to west then after what Abacha did to Yorubas then so AD was formed based on that sentiment and tinubu keyed into that mouthing Awolowo legacies which he used to deceive Pa Adesanya and co to annoint him as governor
