The All Progressives Congress's (APC) Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who is running for president, claimed on Wednesday that there were plots to sabotage the 2023 general elections by creating a fuel shortage.

During the APC presidential campaign, Tinubu gave a speech in Abeokuta, Ogun State.

"They don’t want this election to hold. They want to sabotage it. Will you allow them?”, Tinubu asked the teeming supporters at the MKO Abiola stadium, Kuto, Abeokuta.

However, the former governor of Lagos maintained that Nigerians would travel to the polls despite the petrol shortage.
He predicted that the upcoming elections would be a better revolution.

“They have started coming up with the issue of ‘no fuel’. Don’t worry, if there is no fuel, we will trek to cast the vote.
"If you like increase price of fuel, hide the fuel or change the ink on the naira notes, we will win the election,” he said

Can someone pls remind Tinubu that his APC is the one currently in charge of our fuel, naira etc.
