Around 280-300 ( instant, easily accessible) if U can spend d whole day U can buy at NNPC at normal price if u can sacrifice 2-3 hours u can get it at places like Total, Matrix etc at slightly above (+10 to 20 naira) normal price. If u can bribe U way in with 1 to 2k in d last two, U can get it in 30 minutes or less.... of course u go chop lots of curses and angry looks from those following queues legally |
