Aspayastudenthub is looking for a team leader to oversee operations at its growing department, TSAA (The Study Abroad Agency). TSAA provides services to individuals who wish to study abroad.
The right candidate for this position will oversee a group of employees and motivates them to do their job efficiently. You will provide daily objectives and develop reward systems for productivity that motivate members of your department. You will be the first point of contact for clients and communicate any issues with upper management to effectively reach the organisation’s goals.

Time management skills and Interpersonal skills – can socialise and can multitask.
Strong organisational skills – schedule calendar, consultations, meetings, and plans.
