Fuel Shortage in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State Capital The country is facing numerous challenges, from insecurity to political instability and rising prices of goods and services.

The citizens of Nigeria are grappling with these issues, including the current scarcity and high cost of fuel. In Uyo, many fuel stations are reported to be out of fuel, and those with fuel are selling it at a price above the government-recommended rate of 350 to 370 Naira.

The only exception is the NNPC Mega Station along the Uyo-Ikot Ekpene road, which is selling fuel at the recommended price. According to a local bus driver, only NNPC is selling fuel at the right price in the area.
