Inec will filed their case in the Appeal court of justice too saying the 30 days synchronisation Bvas machines reports is the genuine ones they relied upon and the accreditation tallied with the form EC8A tendered in the tribunal. Governor Ademola Nurudeen Jackson Adeleke will win his case in the Appeal court of justice
So the one they used to announce the result is not original? Inec will not even appeal. Adeleke can't win.

Really?

This statement from INEC sounds more like...APC got the data before we could manipulate it.

Does it take days/weeks to synchronize data? I thought it was supposed to be real time.

Folks don't let INEC insult your sensibilities. Any synchronization not done same day is scam!!!

Be objective for ones even your banking system should have given you idea.

Then put up a strong case as appeal for retrial..at the lower court

Without that appeal court will only judge based on evidences provided at the tribunal. Court is not father Christmas. The court will not grant you what you did not ask for.

Information that was released to APC 5 weeks after the election and it has still not synchronized? INEC na lie.
lhordspy:

Pictures sent are usually dropped bit by bit. That is why it takes a little bit of time to download by the receiver. But atmost no matter how heavy the picture is, it takes nothing less than a minute to come back together as a whole.

The main issue here is that why will INEC be using the word 'Synchronisation' for data that are meant to be received within a minute? The way INEC defined the data uploading of a thing, it was hyped to the extent of saying it is faster than the uploading of a picture and transportation of light and sound combine. Something is definitely wrong with that BVA system of data uploading and voters accreditation.

Why having issue of over-voting even with BVA? When the primary work of the BVA is to curtail over-voting and the secondary work is to transmit result at a go. Just two simple task, and it failed in both.

INEC is clueless and thank God this issue arised very early because it is a recipe for disaster in future occurrence.

@the bolded, if you try airdropping a single photo to a receive on Iphone for example, it will be loading on your own phone as sending but the person will receive it on their phone as a whole single picture instantly as soon as sending complete on your own phone. You can never have a scenario where the head or body is missing for a single photo. That is the example I was giving.

You are very correct with the rest of the statement.

What direction? It is still bound to end one way. The same way of the tribunal.

I thought INEC said the result are uploaded immediately at a go. And immediately it was uploaded, the results was downloaded. And it was the same result INEC used in declaring Adeleke the winner. Why is INEC now using the word 'Synchronised' days after. How long does it takes for the result to be uploaded?

This is the most dumbest thing I ever heard.

Except if this guy can prove that a BVAS for a certain polling unit don't transfer the data at once.

Does it transmit in form of a batch job or it just transmit all data at once from the BVAS for a single polling unit?. It is just like snapping photo, if you try airdropping a single photo to someone, the photo gets sent at once and I don't think you will have a scenario where only the head appear on the other phone and the body is missing.

What about you downloading a video or watching a video as it is being downloaded and it starts buffering and stops because of bad network, ordinarily, you can’t finish the video and must wait till network improves to download the full video. It is only after completing the full video download can you say you have downloaded the full video. So yes, some data can be transmitted and some left out, it is very possible

I don't understand...is synchronization not happening almost immediately after election? Why will it take two or more days to synchronize data ....and of you know that synchronization may not be complete in two or more days. Why announce a winner when you have not fully transmitted, and collated results from the backend? Engineers over to you.
You see their lies. Just one state.what of the election that will involve 36 states?

I don't blame the 'buga' judge. I blame INEC. That was a terrible mistake from INEC.

It wasn't mistake. That was just an attempt to cover up INEC collusion with PDP. Deji Adeleke paid INEC and police handsomely well and they were carried away in doing his bidding.
The only mistake both Osun INEC and PDP made was to let the number of votes surpassed the number of accreditation by BVAS.
In case you didn't see the below in this man's explanation, let me quote him for you:
Rather than view the discrepancy from a negative perspective, he encouraged stakeholders to take a more optimistic outlook, arguing that BVAS exposed the over-voting in the election.

Contrary to your statement, the new electoral act indicates a different outcome, and this matter is likely to reach the Supreme Court. Regardless, a conclusive judgment must be reached within 120 days. It is advisable for you to acquaint yourself with the details of the electoral act and refrain from making uninformed statements.

In your office, would you release information you're still working on to external body?

I suspect crisis in this general election.

Why are you people mentioning photos... is the BVA supposed to send photos of people or transmit data's which are just figures??

I haven't seen the new BVAs so I don't really know its operations.

If the server printout varies from the hard copies duly signed by agents and the original BVAS machine printouts, and they were all tendered, then the basis of the judgement isn't a sound one. INEC needs to do more to ensure someone is not robbed.
