He does not know Starlink. I think his Special Assistants do this for him. People have been using portable satellite terminals to access internet in Nigeria but it is expensive. Starlink does not means 100% internet penetration in Nigeria except the tariff is affordable and competitive with other alternatives at lower latency (high speed).
