There was no struggle

There was a note, obviously a suicide note

There was no forceful entry visible

The blood on the wall is in sync with the position of the gun

The body language doesn't look like she was taken by surprise

Visible environment is an indication that the lady is prone to depression and probably loneliness

So yes, suicide is a likely option!!!

It's purely murder.

The gun at her right hand, and the blood splash on the wall shows she was shot while studying from the left side.

Murder. That gun was planted in her hands. If it was suicide, the gun would have fallen off her hands or the grip won't be that firm.

Big time murder...

The cigarette in the left hand should have been the gun instead...

Sitting on the chair and shooting one's self should make the gun fall off from the hand..

The blood spatter doesn't fit the suicide profile too...

Her slippers shouldn't be that far from the body if it were a sucide...

Another smart observation.

But

Let us now consider her sitting position when it happened.

Assuming she wrote a suicide note then it is safe to say that she was facing the table when she took the shot with her right hand, how come there is a blood patch on that side of the wall?

If she had her back to the table when she took the shot and fell forward or even sideway, do you think she will end up in this position?

it's Murder..... look at the hand with the Cigarette....no smoker will use their less dominant hand to smoke......the blood on the wall is on the right side, but the gun is in her right hand, there's no way you shoot yourself on the right side and the blood splatter ends in the same direction the shot came from.

Definitely. How can one collapse to the ground with the gun and cigarette still held in such position. Both were perfectly placed after the murder

It's obvious that she was shot in the head while sitting because of the range of the blood on the wall

She was holding the gun on the right hand which equally question her left handedness

Note that she was sitting on a stool which could ease movement while seated

There is every possibility that after writing, in anxiety of what she was about to do, turned, backing the table then shoot with the right

There is no obstruction on the stool that could prevent her from not falling that way, given the force!

Suicide... After the CSI left the scene I was called to take one last look and I deduce she was sitting with her back to the table when she was shot In the head possibly about to smoke when she just decided to pop the watermelon.

The force of the impact pushed her body to the floor in that position and the chair, blood spatter both point to the direction of movement.


What a waste ...

The position of the stool and the splash of the blood shows that the woman struggle against another force.

The Coke can, the pen the cigarettes waste proof that she was left -handed


Her cigarette or hemp was put in her hand after the shot


The objects on her reading table shows she wasn't depressed

Her reading lamp was detached after the incident


She was forced towards the wall and killed

The Coke can in her waste basket she likes Coke and you can't be drinking Coke to ease depression.

The gun is still hold tightly

She was put in that position after the shot

Her legs are still crossing to make It as if she fall off from the stool but the blood splash checkmates that

The slippers position shows she was forced and drag

Dead Body holding weed on the left hand.

Something is fishy

This person was murdered by someone he or she knows. So he or she probably opened the door for the killer. Hell No.... Scratch that part

Gun on the right hand
Weed or cigarette on the left hand

Both still on hands even after body fell flat
Lamp wasnt plugged in.

This person wasn't killed in that room. Everything was staged including the blood on the wall.

I'd run a DNA on the blood on the wall as against the victim. First move.

Edited. Why is there no blood stains on the books near the wall.
