They don't know you stablise first. Build up savings or gain. When you are now balanced you start to spend in a sustainable way from your savings or profit. All loan free.
That was what Obi did as a sucessful business man that knows how to handle money. Obiano was then meant to have a solid base, heavy cash to use to run things in a sustainable way. Eg out of 75b saving in the bank. Blow 40b on projects, raise the savjng back to 75b, then blow another 40b. Sustainability!
But Ofcourse we saw Obiano, the normal naija man came, saw the money, blew it all. Then left debt for soludo. Soludo, comes in, claims his predecessor left empty treasury and in the first month took billions in loans.

Peter Obi that Tinubu should be praising. The only reason Tinubu may likely win this election is because Peter Obi is on the ballot. Peter Obi sweeping Atiku's stronghold in the south (South-south and southeast) is the pathway for the emergence of Tinubu. Tinubu has the southwest intact. He will also share vote with Atiku in the North even tho Atiku will most likely win the North, but with a slight margin because people like Elrufai and the other northern APC governors will work for Tinubu.
