*...AHEAD OF 25TH FEBRUARY ELECTIONS, HON. EMEKA MARTINS CHINEDU (NWACHINEMERE) CONSOLIDATES HIS VICTORY AT THE SUPREME COURT*

The Supreme Court of Nigeria Sitting in Abuja, has, on February 3, 2023, handed another gratifying victory to Hon. Emeka Chinedu, as the validly elected candidate of the People's Democratic party, for Ahiazu Mbaise/Ezinihitte federal Constituency election, 2023. This judgment is regardless of primary election venue which was the subject of litigation.

It suffices to say that, this judgment and consecutive victorious outing of Hon. Emeka Chinedu, is another hammer on Hon. Nnanna Igbokwe, who had always expected victory through the back door - having noticed a drastic dwindling electoral value on his side.

The appeal which was filed against the judgment of the Federal High Court and Appeal Court delivered previously in favor of Hon. Emeka Chinedu, had maintained that, Nnanna Igbokwe of APC had no locus (middlesome interloper) to litigate against the Primary election of the People's Democratic party, where he had no stake.

Unfortunately, the said appeal was amidst jubilation by Hon. Nnanna Igbokwe and his gang who took pride in deceiving their few loyalists that there would be jubilation in Ahiazu and Ezinihitte when the Court would help them uproot the man whom according to Cmr Austin Chilakpu of Nigeria Labour congress, has come to open our eyes for good as evidenced in his unprecedented performance.

With this development, all hands are expected to be on deck as all huddles are completely cleared for a resounding victory of Hon. Emeka Chinedu come 25th polls thereby bringing to nothing all jim-jim prayers by other party Candidates, to see to his(Chinedu) disqualification through the Court.
