The Katsina State Police Command has confirmed the death of 41 members of local vigilance groups, popularly known as “Yansakai” in an ambush by terrorists in Yargoje forest.

This is contained in a statement issued to newsmen by the Command’s Public Relations Officer, SP Gambo Isah, on Friday in Katsina.

“On Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2023, at about 22:00 hours, terrorists in their numbers, shooting sporadically with AK 47 rifles, attacked the house of one Alhaji Muntari at Unguwar Audu Gare, Kandarawa, Bakori Local Government, and rustled 50 cows and 30 sheep.

“Subsequently, on Feb. 2, at about 10:00 hours, Yansakai groups from 11 villages in Bakori local government regrouped and went after the terrorists with a view to recover the rustled animals.

“They traced the footpaths of the hoodlums to a location at Yargoje forest, unfortunately, the terrorists planned and launched a coordinated ambush on the Yansakai.

The hoodlums shot and killed 41 Yansakai and wounded two others,” he said.

Isah said that the Area Commander in Malumfashi led a team of policemen to the scene and evacuated the corpses and injured persons to the Kankara General Hospital.

The command spokesman said a joint security operation was ongoing to arrest the culprits and bring them to book.

People fighting banditry should carry AK47 and not a dane gun.
Nigerian soldiers are terrorising civilians in the South but northerners are forming vigilante groups to defend themselves from Fulani militias.

Buhari is a terrorist!

Nigeria is in trouble on all fronts!

The senate should prevail on Buhari to step aside so that Osinbajo can finish up what's left of their tenure.

The truth is just that Nigerians are stressed out. If ¼ of what is happening today, happened during Jonathan's era, hell would have been loosed.

But today, everyone is quite. Including all those that blocked the high ways due to increase in fuel price.

De juju when this people the circulate through their enchantment hold plenty people Walahi

This is painful, wicked and inhuman

I had asked myself on countless occasions why will someone pick up a gun or whatever, move into a community and kill innocent people without any reason or justification

Till now I am yet to get the answer

People made by God almighty, this is very sad and everyone who is in involved directly or indirectly will never know peace IJN

RIP to the dead and may God almighty console the affected families

And those who lost their bread winners may God raise more bread winners for them IJN

If it had happened in the South East now the way soldiers will clamp down on innocent civilians and passerbys you will begin to wonder if this Nigeria belongs to all of us or some certain people.

They way some trolls like Yarimo, Lhordspy, Oyin44, Moh247 and co would have littered this place with hateful statements you will just weak. Yet their region has more bigger problem to deal with but eye service and hypocrisy won't make the shirk or mind their business.

Northern leaders brought Boko Haram to end or put a stop Igbo presidency. That very Boko Haram with weapons in their possession has disintegrated into several groups which we now know as Bandits.

If the North don't rise up and fight their oppressors/leaders which brought this upon them, rather keep fighting the Igbos who they think are their enemies they will forever remain/live in bondage and might unfortunately get consumed by this monsters they created with their own hands.

Least I forget, the man in the picture below is what God is planning for us. If you truly mean well for Nigeria and your unborn generation you will vote for him with you full chest.

Even Pastors in Nigeria has concurred and rejected the Muslim-Muslim ticket and agbodo loving candidate.
