Money APC stole through Tinubu from:

1) Federal Inland Revenue Service, Nigeria's 2nd largest Money making department after Petroleum. Tinubu's boy, Fowler, was appointed by president Buhari. Fowler bossed Federal Inland Revenue Service for more than 5 years.

2) Fashola, another Tinubu boy, was appointed by president Buhari. Fashola bossed the three ministries - Works, Power
and Housing - compressed into one, with huge budgetary allocations.
No light, no good roads, no Federal housing. Most of the allocations were stolen.
The money kept aside to buy the next presidential election for Tinubu who is yet to discount possible punishment for his drug trafficking offences in the US.
