CBN and banks should be blamed for this policy failure, at the first place the new naira was not properly distributed, even the CBN messed up how can you collect 1.3 trillion of old naira notes and you print only 300 billion of new naira notes what do you expect, shortage of new naira notes already even the 300billion was even hijacked by politicans, business POS people dealing directly with banks and those big men having big bank account in banks that's the truth, so right now since CBN and banks can't properly give Nigerians at least 5k each person withdrawal everyday , most people go to banks from morning till night no withdrawal , no money in ATM. Nigerians want their money weda new money make it available to us even if na 3k per person everyday we will understand and do it for straight 2 months and see as the new naira will circulates very well.

This man has more influence than any politician in Nigeria today.
