Omo, the guy sef. Always state your rate so only those who are comfortable with it can apply. Not to stress someone in writing a cover letter and taking the risks of sending samples that you may even use and repurpose only to learn that your rate is misery 1.5N per word when fuel is 500N per liter. This guy does not have conscience nor fear God. This I've seen.
