The only option is for NURTW to go and challenge the state government in court but saying they should not allow other Organisations to bid for the transport of electoral materials is not possible

INEC logistics are never outsourced. They are proprietary and managed by INEC itself, using Armed Security to supervise their movements.

Unless Phrank is alleging that Agbaje wants to contract Oluomo to give security escort to materials, then he might have a legitimate grievance. Otherwise this is nothing but false alarm. These people are scared of scary, they are paranoid over the unknown. Simple!
